Drink Some Water Act of New York City

It’s time for the New York City Council to do what countless cities, states, and countries, have already done to protect New Yorkers from dehydration and heat-emergencies:

• Require drinking water stations at nightlife & entertainment venues
  
  

• Require mobile drinking water services at outdoor events
  
  

• Re-launch “Water-On-The-Go” mobile water stations and hydration services for NYC neighborhoods facing extreme heat, sewage backups, and water supply disruptions
